- Minimum order: If your order is below the MOD, handling/delivery fee apply. Any order below $400 for Treats and $750 for food will incur a $20 handling charge plus freight charges. Please contact us for more information.
- Delivery fee: If applicable, delivery fee will be added to your invoice.
- Minimum Order Delivery with free freight: Metro Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Wollongong, Gold Coast $400 (treats)/$750 (food) ex GST, Metro Sunshine Coast/Adelaide $550 (treats)/$850 (food) ex GST, Metro Perth $1000 (both treats and food) ex GST, regional deliveries or localtions outside of the metro area minimum order and freight quote required. - Quick delivery: We aim to despatch and deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. Please contact us for ETD or POD.
